Have you noticed information passing infront of you in short bursts? And, that the algorithms are training your attention to be shorter and scattered? People are becoming more distracted and attention is more divided and under the influence of media.
Being consumed with distraction opens you up to manipulation and makes you more vulnerable to mind control.
Shift out of it without resistance.
Allow yourself to relax. Learn how to release the grip anything has over your attention.
Interrupt and Drain.
Imagine planning a trip and being regularly interrupted. If the distraction is intense enough you will become tired, drained and will never complete the plan or arrive at your desired destination.
If you look at events as part of a spiritual war, it makes the emergence of challenges sit differently. And, the fear, the “interruptions”, however you see this, shifts to more of a control mechanism.
Find a way to regain your focus. Take back your own power and move forward.

The battlefield is filled with distracted players. Each one, and their vital role is under attack, paused and diminished. There is a subtle knowing of being deceived by “entertainment”, but the neurological benefits create a difficult habit to break. Find your way back into your power and purpose.
