Those who Dream.

Every Morning You Have Two Choices: Continue To Sleep With Your Dreams, Or Wake Up and Chase Them.”

The space between Reality.

Is a dream a space between reality or is it a place to experience it?

When we meditate and visualize it feels as if you are stepping into a dream state. You let your body relax and the mind sharpen its focus on the scene unravelling before your mind’s eye. Maybe you see nothing but black space and you’re left with confronting your energy state, tired, exhausted, distracted.  Maybe you are feeling neutral and unfocused or perhaps, your energy is elevated and open for the mind to create intention and attention for the next step forward?

The truth is that we need to pause to notice and to allow the dream to become visible to us. Inspired? or paused in fear? We can only understand what it is that is in our way when we slow down to notice. That’s the entire point. Taking back your power requires you to move your attention inward and to travel with it. You’ll notice patterns that are looping in your life until you decide to take action. Dreams show us limitations. They offer perspective.

Dreams may be a space between reality we can leverage for forward movement. We can see the inner movie play out in different versions to problem solve and/ or to allow divine guidance to be the storyteller.  Those who dream may be viewed as escaping reality but they are tapping into a  powerful, creative, problem-solving tool that can also inspire healing and growth.

Flow states and the space of dreams.

What is flow state and what does it have to do with dreams?

The best way to describe a flow state is “time collapse”.  The sense of time being minutes when it might be an hour. You  release the mental distractions and focus on the moment and where you are.  Reality becomes the dream.

Dreams on the other hand, allow us to flow into them as we deeply relax and let go. In it’s own right, it is a type of flow state as you merge with your version of you in different timelines, and versions of being. It offers recalibration of the self and an opportunity to create your next step as an upgraded version of yourself.

Gabriel Joseph describes dream-time as the "6th dimension of the quantum continuum," where the dreamer may glimpse the future because the non-temporal nature of dreams allows past and future to be juxtaposed, similar to the "Many Worlds" interpretation of quantum mechanics.

Some may argue that a dream is a space between reality. But it may be a quantum space, a 6th dimension that enables recalibration of our energy and version of being. This can elevate our perception of reality, our own path and purpose. Not only are we existing here, but in many levels of experience at the same moment.
