A Conscious Shift.

Going beyond our ordinary concept of self is what always brings us the greatest sense of joy in life.

Seeing the Shift First.

Have you felt your energy change? Shifting your consciousness is similar.

The best way I can describe a conscious shift is that it’s like seeing where you want to go, which pulls that end point energy into your present “awareness”. In essence, through visualizing the self “elsewhere” or in another state of being you are fast-forwarding your mental and spiritual state while the physical body “notices” it is being pulled.

Seeing that shift first is important in accelerating the more dense energy of the physical.

Stepping into the Shift.

When we choose to step into that simulated state, we might immediately notice the energy “difference”. We can try on that energy hologram like a garment. We can feel how it feels to be in that state and recognize how dramatic that feeling is, physically.

In meditation and visualization, we can step into the consciousness of that desired state with our imagination. At first, it will feel as if we are in “pretend mode”. But as you move toward that desired state, it will feel like you are re-setting your energy back towards “normal”.

Conscious shifts are powerful mindset tools you can use to heal, re-set your energy and to move into a state of high performance, greater focus and productivity.

The Shift made Manifest.

Changes in your patterns and how you feel will give you feedback your conscious shift is taking place.  Things can happen quickly or take years. It depends on your willingness to “shift” your mindset and to be open to healing yourself from the inside out. This includes releasing or healing old habits and patterns that hold you back.

Meditation, especially short sessions that are adapted to your lifestyle can be instrumental in accelerating your re-set and recovery. Throughout this blog I have talked about applied techniques and how they can revolutionize your life. They have been powerful for healing stress, trauma, distraction habits and accelerating healing by improving focus and receptivity to divine guidance. Faith is important. Find it and make a conscious shift. Let go and let God so to speak. This process can be natural if you let it.

Transformation does not start with someone else changing you; transformation is an inner self reworking of what you are now to what you will be.”
