Conversations with your inner Sage.

Your mind knows only some things. Your inner voice, your instinct, knows everything. If you listen to what you know instinctively, it will always lead you down the right path.

Listening Inward.

Your intuition is your internal GPS system. It is always on. But, is can be hushed with distractions and over-powering emotions.

Listen inwards. Tune into whispers, thoughts and notice impulses to replay something in your mind. You don’t need to be in meditation or complete silence to hear your inner voice clearly. All you need to do is to pay attention to how you are feeling in the moment and notice what you are being drawn to notice.

Have you ever walked into a building and felt something wasn’t right?  Did you get a “nudge” to go somewhere else, take a different route home or to go somewhere at a specific time?

This is your intuition offering guidance and protecting you from being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Conversations with your inner sage are powerful. With experience and practice, your intuitive voice should be easily heard and quickly recognized.

Following your internal GPS.

It is one thing to notice, and receive inner “intel” and another to follow your internal GPS.

Consequences of disregarding your intuition such as being in an accident, experiencing delays and problems that you didn’t need to go through, marrying and not marrying the wrong person etc are strong enough reasons to listen and follow guidance.

Your actions may be not understood by other people. Nothing on the surface may make sense. Yet, in the short and long term, it will be clear why you chose to respond as you did and why, the detour.

Conversations with your inner Sage.

Your intuition is always providing environmental feedback. When we are more relaxed, it is possible to make better decisions. It is logical to gather information and facts but equally critical to have deep and emotional conversations with your inner sage. Appreciate why you are motivated. Acknowledge fear, old patterns and old traumas. These can over-ride your choices and mute your GPS.

Intuition goes before you, showing you the way. Emotion follows behind, to let you know when you go astray. Listen to your inner voice. It is the calling of your spiritual GPS system seeking to keep you on track towards your true destiny.

Meditation can be a useful tool to slow us down, relax us and allow us to be more present. These are methods we can use to access our inner voice with less distractions. Nonetheless, if we pay attention to how we are feeling and what we are being drawn to notice, it will be very clear that our intuition is always speaking to us.

He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the universe.
