With acceptance, the heart becomes an ally of the mind. [paraphrased quote from Reality Transurfing]
Vadim Zeland
War over Imperfections.
If you have chosen the path of meditation, you will inevitably meet yourself, imperfections and all. It can either catalyze another path to transformation or revolutionize your definitions of what self IS and what is possible. Just by the sheer act of remaining present, thoughts and memories will bubble up to the surface with opportunities to release the past and old conflicts [ inner and outer]. Without effort, transformation can take root, thought by thought.
Still, the path to transformation is a personal experience. It can be viewed as “rebirth” and your own Renaissance. But most importantly, it can ignite Acceptance. This is power. This is resolution. This is healing by allowing yourself to “molt” the past and become energetically a new creature.
There is no perfection, only beautiful versions of brokenness.”
Shannon L. Alder
Happiness states and Creative Energy.
Quantum physics tells us that observation can influence the creation of results. So why would we choose to focus our attention on conflicts or negative energies? Why would we want to expand more of that?
Why not free yourself from creating more negative things to pay attention to? Why not be more intentional by focusing on what you appreciate in the moment? Regardless of where you are and what might be happening, there is always something to be thankful for. Find it. Notice it.
What you might discover is a form of happiness you have been too busy to notice. It is a sense of contentment, an inner peace that gratitude creates. It shifts energy and focus.
Happiness raises our energy and allows us to be more creative aka ” Follow your Bliss” – Joseph Campbell. We instantly place ourselves energetically on higher ground that is one with your destiny, your path and purpose.
Behold all things are new.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Transmutation of Energy with Self-Love.
We may sit in negative energy because we resonate with it or notice it. Circumstances may have placed us there to catalyze “growth”. Whatever the reason, it is possible to transform our perception of that place and conditions through Observation and through directing our focus by letting those energies pass through us.
There is also a Buddhist teaching concerning conflict and angry people. “If you do not accept the “gift” of anger or fear, it remains with the sender.”
Focus on your heart. Flood your own body with light emanating from your heart. Love turned inwards is a powerful tool and energy force field you can use for self-empowerment.
Some might tell you that you need to create a light shield to protect yourself from toxic people and environments. But raising your energy state through love of self will move you energetically out of the war zone. Take care of yourself. Foster gratitude and inner peace. Walk away. Don’t take the bait. Don’t engage or retaliate.
You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
C.S. Lewis
Meditation constantly expands our understanding of who we are in the present moment. It is the path of transformation that is catalyzed by our own empowerment. What we notice and focus on plays an important role in our resistance to change and our desire to participate in it.
By working on our energy and following our hearts, it is possible to accelerate our “molting” phase and become the new creation, the new form we were destined to be.
