The Power of Light.

Listen to the inner light; it will guide you. Listen to the inner peace; it will feed you. Listen to the inner love; it will transform you.”

Connecting with your Inner Light.

When we meditate we step into a zone of light.  First, by allowing the self to relax and be present and by beginning the journey inward. Connecting to your inner light is essential for tapping into divine guidance and for noticing and hearing conversations with the soul. 

How do we recognize and connect?  

Practice slowing yourself down. Use your breath. Relax the body. Let the mind chatter and recognize that it is OK to release your mental grip on problems and worries for a moment. When we step into the present and choose one thing to focus on, the mind pushes worry and fear into the background. The body responds and becomes more calm and peaceful.  [ Until the mind decides that it is worried and fearful again and distracted by something happening outside of the meditation. ] 

Close your eyes, Imagine the body flooding with light. See a waterfall of light over your head. Let it wash away doubt, fear and worry. 

Sit in stillness. Or use this meditation practice in your next walking meditation. Connect with your inner light. Listen inward for divine guidance. 

 

The Light of Divine Guidance.

Your inner voice aka your intuition is a direct conduit to divine guidance. When we deliberately choose to sit in meditation and allow the stillness, we allow the light of divine guidance to enter into our thoughts. 

New streams of consciousness are made available that defy logic. We see and are urged to move by the prompts we receive. These, put us in the right place at the right time. We move into divine alignment and purpose. 

 

The Light of the Heart.

Your heart is a powerful beacon of light. The energy and love that it shines out to every cell of your body and beyond, transmitting love energy and feelings to others, is often downplayed in importance.

Meditation lets you listen to the light of the heart. It tunes your thoughts and opens the floodgates to following your bliss .  Let the challenge of an over-active mind be put on pause for a moment and tap into the heart.  

Meditate on the light of the heart. Step into alignment with divine guidance.  Just be still and listen.  

Light has the power to illuminate decisions, clear negative energy and soothe mind chatter, flood the body with love and light and open a clear channel for divine guidance. 

But above all, the power of light can offer you a knowing and an empowerment external validation cannot bring. We move forward in grace and operate on a new level of spiritual understanding. 

Inner peace is offered through surrendering to the light. And, by turning our attention to the present moment. 

I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.”
