The Power of Love turned Inwards.

You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.

The Gift of Expanded Awareness.

Meditation can be described as a discipline. The path to enlightenment. A technique to relieve stress. A time-out. And, a wonderful part of Self-care.  But consider meditation as a precious moment in time with your Soul, an act of Love turned inwards.

Just by stepping inwards and recognizing your current state of energy, noticing your thoughts and fears dancing in your mind, this becomes a place of inner peace where no one can intrude without your permission.  And, as you open your senses to the expansiveness of your present moment; what you feel, see, hear, smell and intuit this moment, you can be offered a new level of awareness that can spill over into your day.  Meditation sharpens your alertness, your focus and improves memory. 

 

The Power within.

The power of Love can restore your own inner being when it moves the energy of love and light throughout your body. Visualize your heart glowing with light and love. With each heart beat, send out pulses of love and loving kindness to your entire body, filling every cell with the energy of love. 

Let the Love and power from within restore your energy and offer space to allow deep rest. 

God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us

Heart-centred Mindfulness.

It is possible to be mindful in two different ways. First is through your body and its senses. And the second is through being present and listening to the guidance of your heart. 

The heart commands energy and its own loving kindness to overflow and spill over into your physical and mental state. Listen to your heart. Find the courage and a bold understanding of your next step forward. 

Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage."

Inner Peace and Mental Sanctuaries.

Inner peace can be created through self-love.  It is possible to create mental sanctuaries through love of a place and a state that reminds us of safety and happiness. What is it you love to do? Where is your favourite place on earth, so far? 

How does it make you feel? Do you feel loved here or does it elevate your state to resonate with inner peace by just imagining this place or being there? 

Love and following your Bliss will offer you snapshots of inner peace and happiness. The energy can be experienced in meditation, walking in nature or just sitting still for a moment and imagining this beautiful place of being. 

The power of Love to create peace, wellness and inner peace, over time, will get noticed when you meditate.

The love turned inwards fills a void, soothes the soul and offers you time to openly listen to your own heart. 

Simple meditation practices can transform your energy and life. Just a few minutes turning the love inwards will shift the way you live in the world. And, it will inspire and give you the courage to take the next step outside of your comfort zone.
